Supernatural Medicine 101

Greeting, folks!   About a year ago, I was transferred to a rural clinic, smacked in the middle of nowhere. This place is situated in a valley of thick and lush rainforests. Every morning, the place would be covered with a thick blanket of mist from the nearby mountain. The weather is often unforgiving, with frequent heavy rains and thunderstorms. The folks around here are generally friendly to outsiders. I have not dodged or thrown with a pitchfork by these people. Yet!   As a medical assistant, I am bound to an on-call system where I have to be on standby mode for 24 hours in a designated amount of days. This clinic is manned by three MA's, which means everyone is given a fair ten days of on-call duty. These ten days are often filled with uncertainties and boredom. On lucky days, you'll find yourself intubating an old guy in a moving ambulance. Depends on what God decided to throw in front of your doorsteps.   Spiritually speaking, this place reeks of its capacity to be breed
